My name is Carolan Nathan.

I am an International Food, Wine and Travel Writer and have been studying and writing about food and wine since 1985. 

I have studied Food and Nutrition since 1975 and taught classes on Behavioral Sciences and how food affects us on many levels.

I am a consultant on Italian Organic Wines and have gained much insight into viniculture and viticulture with organic methods rather than the modern chemical, preservative ecologies.

Another level of expertise is on Egypt especially Imhotep, the God of Medicine and Healing, and on Akhenaten, a Pharoah of Egypt.

I was educated in England and have degrees in English Writing and History. My passion is food, and also bringing forward knowledge about health and nutrition.  I have a teaching degree in Behavioral Modification and have written two books: one called 'A Workbook on Awakening to Yourself' which is a study on Behavioral Modification and another entitled 'Born to Learn', a bedtime story reader which leads the listening child into a new inner awareness of self. I have also had many travel stories published over the last 25 years.

Recently I was invited to write a story on Asgard and the Nine Kingdoms, an anthology was published a few weeks ago and my story..THOR and the Nine Kingdoms was part of it..  Many readers know that THOR the movie just came out and was marvellous.  I do hope you get a chance to read the Anthology soon not only in Portuguese but in German and English and wherever else the Anthology is published.
